A Very Busy Evening at the Farm

The helpful  volunteers from the Sandy Utah Willow Creek Stake and the Draper Utah Mountain Point Stake  along with the dedicated service missionaries were busy this evening.

Zucchini, summer squash, cucumbers, spaghetti squash, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage were harvested.  The field was weeded.  Squash insects were removed from the zucchini and summer squash. An additional growbox was prepared to grow carrots. The tomatoes were pollinated with a toothbrush.

The Sandy Vegetable Crops has provided the Bishop's Storehouse  with an accumulation of 5,331 lbs of healthy produce to date.
