Celebrity Sighting!

We had a celebrity sighting at the farm on Thursday! KUTV's Dan Rascon came to give service with his stake. He is an emmy award winning and veteran journalist. You can spot him delivering the news at noon, 4pm, 5pm, and 6pm. After weeding for awhile, Dan walked into the greenhouse to check out the scene. Sister Lawrence says..."Hey, aren't you on TV?" She then says, "You're on the news!" So of course we had to get a picture. Thanks for serving, Dan! If you want to bring your news crew down to the farm for a story we would love to have you back!

Sunny Saturday Service

It was a beautiful morning to be out at the farm. Volunteers from the Draper Mountain Point, Murray YSA, and Salt Lake Cottonwood stakes kept busy with a variety of projects. They helped wash and sanitize the seed trays, planted seeds, dug a better drain with a grate on the top, pitted pokes for the squash to grow up, and flattened out the rows next to the trenches for the field crops. We appreciate everyone's wonderful service today!
